Based on the specific format of the consultation, a variety of different topics are available for presentation. A workshop could have a variety of topics or may be focused on one or two if this suits the needs of the organization. One-one coaching would have appropriate topics in line with the needs of the individuals. Teams would focus more on group processes, and issues relating to making teams more effective and efficient. Some of the general topics could include the following: - Communication - enhancing interpersonal skills

- Feedback - how to provide feedback most effectively, how to accept criticism, dealing/preparing for confrontations

- Confidence - enhancing the belief in oneself
- Stress Management - coping effectively with pressure
- Group Cohesion - task and social cohesion
